Discreet Shipping

All orders are shipped 100% discreetly using non-descript boxes with no identifying marks or branding besides "BT" on the shipping label.

At this time, we do not support shipping internationally.

 

Domestic Shipping

Beots Toys strives to process and ship all orders within 24-72 hours and ships from San Fernando, CA via UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx. Customers are responsible for all freight charges, insurance, and handling charges unless otherwise stated at checkout. Back orders are canceled unless otherwise instructed by the customer.

 

Refused Orders

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee on any refused orders. Refused orders can be re-shipped with the customer’s approval with additional reshipping costs included.

 

Damaged Products

Beots Toys packs every order with great care to assure everything arrives safely. If you receive an order with items damaged within the inner box (with no outer box damage), please report this to our customer support within 7 days from receipt. In the rare occurrence that the items inside move around enough to damage packaging, we will make every effort to correct it and, when available, we will send replacement packaging. If replacement packaging is not available, we can assist you in returning the damaged product.

If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, or has been opened or re-taped, a claim must be filed with the carrier at the time of delivery. Please make sure the driver notates the damage.

In the case you need to file a claim, make sure to provide the carrier with the following:

  • Pictures and documentation of the damage.
  • The original cartons and packing material, to be inspected by the carrier. (This is required by all carriers.)
  • Original sales invoice for cost reimbursement.

Once you receive your claim reference number, contact our customer support so we can be there to support you throughout the process.
